I am not sure if this will be add in the router. You can contact tplink support to confirm this. When there's a new firmware,you can upgrade it.

Then I think it should be a hardware issue. Maybe the flash will clear the data itself. Then the settings changed.

No,it can't be wall mounted. You can put it on a desk and it will not take much space.
