@EIBROG What error info is it? Would you paste a pic? Which kind of VPN do you using? What is the Router's model number? And what version controller you are using now? OC200 or software?

@Joeolymp You could add web group filtering or URL filtering rules, but it's only for websites, APP can not be blocked.

@Rhay How about forget this Wi-Fi and reconnect to it? Maybe your device get authenticated before and cannot see the portal again. Or you can go to Devices list and Unauthorize your device for a test.
