@WilcoV Thank you for the suggestion. No, I don't have band steering enabled, but that's a good observation. But I think @Fae believes my issue is simply the same as this one.

@langamer101 Thanks for the feedback. It's unfortunate we have this problem, but now I know that it's perhaps not just something on my end that I'm doing wrong.
