Setting problem with TD-W8890 Parental Control

Hi,
i need to limitate the internet access at some pc and smartphone. I want limitate the access during some time slots. When I save the Mac that I want to block, the peripheral chosen isn't able to connect to internet indipendently from my choose on time table of parental control panel.
Is it a bug?
How could rsolve this problem?

I'm trying to set the IPv4 Firewall. I have saved the Ip address of my smartphone and I have decided the rules and scheduled the time of disconnection of it from the internet. At the end, all users are cutted out from connection.
I don't know where is the error.
When I want add my smartphone's Ip address to enable firewall, a message indicate that the Ip exists and when I enable the firewall all users are disconnected.
Previously I inserted my smartphone's Ip address;
and schedulated the time for disconnection;
