TL-PS-110P - not responding anymore even after a hardware reset

Hello,I have a TL-PS-110P print server that stopped working even though the external status light is on.
If I turn it on the status light blinks as follow **--*** (blink's 2 times and stops, after a delay it blinks 3 times again)
error description
-TL-PS-110P does not respond to TCP/IP commands anymore.
-TL-PS-110P does not show up in the DHCP Client-List of my router anymore.
-A hardware reset did not solve the problem.
