I have Windows 10 notebook. trying to connect it via wifi to

TL-WR941HP V1 but it isn't even appearing in my available wifi connection lists... tryed everything but cant fix it . but other connections like neighbours wifi's are seen in list.
what can the problem be i tryed everything

Is the wifi light on? If no, try hold the RESET button for 10s to reset the router to factory settings. The default wifi name should be like TP-LINK_XXXX, you may check it on several devices. Make sure the firmware is up to date.
