The unit won't connect. Says it can't. Credentials are correct.

Is there any known issue with BT Infiniti?

There is no such know issue as far as I know. You may contact tplink tech support via hotline or livechat to get help which would be faster.

Shortly after this issue things got worse, the router wouldn't even accept a hardwired LAN connection from my laptop.

So I sent it back to the supplier and bought a different brand
