I have forgotten my username and password on my admin site how do I reset or retrieve it please

What model is your router?
There should be a reset button in your router, please find it and long press it. (the router should be power on)

Reset doesn't help

The router says that the password is incorrect and I have not changed it. I have resetted the router twice and it doesn't help. I just can't change the SIM card.
