The 5GHz band is working fine, but not a thing coming up on any device for the 2.4GHz band. I tried changing the SSID so they have different names etc but nothing working. This item is brand new out of the box.

Have you check the 2.4G wireless light is on or off?

Same problem here 5g wifi ok but 2.4 wont connect also has internet signal dropout occasionally. would make you think Ive got a faulty router
