Sort of correct - as long as there is sufficient crosstalk between the two rings, they'll work across. If not, you can still add a phase coupling device to your central fusebox.

@robinsm I've found an old one TL-WPA4220 a week ago and I want to put it in my class, to show my pupil how it is working, want to show them how it could be mounted in an electrical source and program him a little bit so wanted to say Thank you because I was looking for that answer for a long time and I couldn't find anything relevant, don't consider this necroposting, have a good day and Merry Christmas
