Model : AV1200 Powerline Starter Kit TL-PA8030P KIT

Hardware Version :

Firmware Version : 2.0.0.-05_803111_160328_914

ISP :

I have a strange problem with my router/modem: Technicolor tg789vac v2, use a 100 mega VDSL fiber connection in download and 50 in upload, when i connect the powerline model AV1200 Powerline Starter Kit TL-PA8030P KIT,to the router starts to have problems in download, it will destroy the connection and the speed drops and reported a substantial increase in CRC errors, the upload speed instead remains stable, i tried to connect the router to another power outlet, to modify the QOS powerline, i updated to the latest powerline firmware (2.0.0.-05_803111_160328_914) but nothing has solved, you have any idea?
Thank you

That is not an uncommon problem. DSL and powerline use pretty much the same frequency spectrum, and if not taken care of, will crosstalk and disturb each other.

Most probably, your house wiring has been done poorly, with the telephone wire unshielded and in close proximity to power wires. If you can and if you may do so, redo the phone wiring to the router using a shielded cable.
Mind that I'm referring to the cables inside the walls, not the one from the wall to the router.
