Archer C7 - Changed subnet and now I can't login

Hey,
I have a TP-Link Archer C7 and I just changed the subnet on the router from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.1.1. The router rebooted and everything came up but now my username and password doesn't work to log into the router. I think it is assigning addresses correctly as all the devices have connected to the 192.168.1.* subnet and are working but it just won't accept my password to log into the router. It has now logged me out for 2 hours after trying more than 10x to enter my password. Any ideas what has gone wrong?
