i bought a ac 1200 usb wifistick teh programm for it
cant find it and my my usb manager told me there is a issue
i have win 10

Was the adapter also not detected under the device manager?

If yes, please refer to the following instruction:

  1. Turn off the firewall;
  2. Change to a second USB port;
  3. Reboot the computer or test on a different computer;
  4. Update the BIOS on the computer;
