Maybe the ISP's network type is not supported by 7350

The problem is the APN of the Local Internet provider. you have to connect to your tp link, go to 192.168.0.1 and modify t'he APN in the settings. The APN can be found on google; for example you write "morocco telecom and APN" for internet data. Tp link will work.
