As the title ,all the light are just on but not lighting,what can i do now?HELP!!!Is it deadlock?

Flashing on Ethernet ports' leds and WiFi led means data transmition. If leds don't flash, most likely the router doesn't process data, there's no in and out.
Can you access configuration interface through a browser? Try to connect ur router to ISP's modem with cable and browse. Best browsing test - play any video on YouTube.
