Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : TD-W8980_V1_150227

ISP : telecom

Hi,
I've this problem.
I've this device TD-W8980 v1

I've setting the line with the setting:

IPOA fixed IP.

I've tried in 2 different line:
- first Line IP fixed with PTP subnet 255.255.255.248 -> it work
- second Line IP fixed with PTP subnet 255.255.255.252 -> DON' T WORK

For second Line I've use TD-W8961 v3 and work's fine.

How can I solve this?

Do you have the system log one the second line?
Maybe there will some useful information.

Sorry I've make a mistake:

I've tried in 2 different line:
- first Line IP fixed
For example: IP: 94.85.78.160 SUBNET: 255.255.255.248
PTP: 94.81.98.248 SUBNET 255.255.255.0
Router --> it work

- second Line IP fixed
For example: IP LAN: 85.46.240.48 SUBNET: 255.255.255.248
PTP: 85.41.143.108 SUBNET: 255.255.255.252
Router with PTP subnet 255.255.255.252 -> DON' T WORK FOR ALL LINE WITH THIS CONFIGURATION

This problem in present also AC750 Archer D2

Maybe it's caused by the subnet settings.
You can try to set the subnet to 255.255.255.0 and check if it works.

Impossible. The setting are defined from telephone company
