Can't connect to WA-850RE WLAN with my W8.1 and W10 clients

ISP : free
I have 2 850RE (one FR and one EU version with latest available firmware in both cases) working perfectly with my Iphone and androïd clients.
But I cannot succeed to connect with Vista W8.1 and W10.
How to do it?

All wireless clients are able to connect to main router's Wi-Fi when range extender is off?
The range extender is using the same Wi-Fi name as the main router?
Try to remove network profile or forget the network on Vista W8.1 and W10. And then, try to reconnect. Does it ask for Wi-Fi password? If they failed to connect, what's the error message?

No, I own 2 extenders connected to the main router and each one has its own name
