Hi,

I'm having an incredibly slow address resolution issue, where any given page (youtube, facebook) will take a full minute to get resolved. Then the images usually are stored in different pages, so even the page information will load really quick after that full minute, it will load without images...which will take its own time in resolving. This is repeatable in different PCs, all of them wired. Resetting settings to default doesn't fix the issue. However, a regression to firmware 3.14.1 Build 141022 Rel.33470n seems to have fixed it, but we're talking a year old firmware...Could you check on this?
Speedtest and other pages will also take a full minute to load. Once the page is loaded, it will give the proper speed bandwidth (130Mbps), but it takes a full minute to load any page that it's not static content (hence, cached by the browser). A direct connection to the cablemodem works as expected.

Could you please troubleshoot this issue? Thanks!

What's the model number pls?
Did you try to manually input DNS 8.8.8.8 on router page to see if it helps?

Ops....I thought I did set those options.
Model: WDR3600. Hardware version: V1
Firmware: 3.14.1 Build 141022 Rel.33470n
ISP: I-Cable Hong Kong
I tried to restore configuration settings from the previous firmware, and got the problem again, so maybe at some point the config got corrupted? Seems now I can't get it to work properly, even after resetting to factory defaults the router is slow resolving addresses.
