Hardware Version : V3

Firmware Version : 0.9.1 1.1 v0035.0 Build 141212 Rel.33999n

ISP : Terranet

I have a WD-8970 and 5 laptops running on windows 10 64-bit. All of the devices have the latest drivers installed and I followed the USB print controller setup word for word. The printer is a samsung scx-3400

The utility managed to connect in 2 out of the 5 laptops, but in the rest of the screen the list was blank.

Is there any anti-virus software running on those three laptops?
When the printer is connected to them directly, you can printer, right? The driver of printer has been installed properly?

All of the laptops have the same up to date printer drivers. I can print on all 5 laptops when connected directly via the USB cable.

I tried disabling the firewall and antivirus to no avail. All laptops have AVG internet security 2015 installed. In fact, 2 laptops are perfectly identical, but only one of them is detecting the print server.

I submitted an email to the TP-Link tech support but still no reply 4 days later. I'm really disappointed with your customer service and technical support. Should have paid an extra 50 bucks and got myself a cisco.

I contacted them using this page http://www.tp-link.us/support-contact.html Still no reply more than a month later

I got the same problem.
 of 3 work impecable.
The 3rd gives the same screen as yours: nothing.

 

What is the solution?

Hi, I ahve the same problem.

The print server isn't displayed in the window.

I have connected a Minimac with Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 and the configuration is possible, instead in Windows 10 the list is blank.

I have tried to disable antivirus and firewal, but the problem is persistent.

Can you help me to solve this problem?
