Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

HI i have a adsl2+Modem router model no. TD_W8951ND in this modem DSL light comes and goes off this happen after every few minutes now it is not getting connected to NETWORK. please help me in this issue. Also i dont remember when i have purchased and if it is in warranty period.
it serial no is 12C91306184 AND
MODEL TD-W8951ND VER 5.1

Did you contact your ISP to check the line?
It was working with the same ISP and stopped working suddenly, right?

ya it stopped working. i checked with other modem provided by service provider it is working fine but when i connect tplink modem only dsl light flashes for some time and again goes off. remaining lights like LAN and WI FI are glowing fully. also i dont remember when i have purchased. but as per the serial no. it is manufactured in December 2012 which means it is still under warranty.
please guide me what to do?

i read and called technical support desk and now they asked me to send modem to Mumbai. They will check it and further process it.
