TPLINK won't forget old adsl name

I used to TPLINK powerline extender to extend my adsl. Then I switched to fibre. The TP think is stuck on the adsl name, etc. It won't extend my fibre. Also, the instructions are totally confusing. Like, what is the point of the password on the back of the bigger plug in?
