I just got a TP-LINK Archer T4UH AC1200, which I (wrongly) assumed it would work with linux... Is there any plans for a linux driver being released for the TP-LINK Archer T4UH AC1200 device?

No linux driver for T4UH. Since you just got it, why not change it to a different model which may work with linux like TL-WDN4800...

Isn't that one pci-e? The device has to work via usb since is neither desktop nor laptop. It has to be connected via wireless wifi since there's no way I can pull a cable to reach it. I thought thid one would be a good fit since it has good range and supports good speeds. But it's worthless without linux drivers....M Diamond wrote
