Hi : bought a Acher C2, intinial configuration and internet connection worked well. But after upgraded the firmware , loss internet connection.


Product : TP Link AC750 Archer C2
Hardware : Version 1.1
IPS : TM UniFi
Region : Malaysia.

Questions : 1) How to restore to original firmware ?
2) In the Quick setup , the various working Modes i.e Normal, Exstream, Unifi, Maxis and Custom were no longer there ? How ah ??

Your assistance and input are very much appreciated .

The cable that connects modem and routers is original or not? What kind of WAN settings do you have (Dynamic, Static, PPPoE etc)?





This update was properly executed?

Do you have access to router configuration by internet browser now?

Hold reset button up to 8 second, try login back and setup onces again

Download the firmware (Archer C2_V1_141119) from the link as below and upgrade it. It is for Unifi users. :)

Some problem here, but there no firmware 141119, try update using firmware 141117 but still the same, no unifi option..please help!!

try all firmware on tplink malaysia dont hv unifi option..but problem solve, i download the firmware frm tp link singapore website..there got firmware 141119..
