W8961ND stop working when activate qifi

When the módem power on, the ligths start correctly, dsl and Internet start blink and then lan too. But when wifi ligth start blinking, after 2 seconds, all the ligths stop, go off and then start again all keep static noticias blink, dsl+Internet+port 4 lan keep ligth and nothing work.No wifi, no lan nothing. I tried hardreset But nothing happend. Can this happend cause a thunder?
