DDNS as an access point?

Region : France
Model : TL-WR841N V9
Firmware: 3.16.9 Build 141013 Rel.61626n
Hello,
I'd like to use DDNS, NoIP.com more precisely, on my WR841N that I use as an access point. I followed this guide: http://www.tp-link.us/article/?faqid=417
My WAN is unplugged: maybe that's the reason of my problem?
When I try to connect to NoIP.com on the panel, it loops on "Connecting..." without success...
Cheers!

When the router works as an access point with DHCP disabled, it is transparent and has no NAT. Why you still configure DDNS on it? Sounds strange. Your NAT router has no such a feature?

Hello, thanks for the answer
In fact, my main router only supports DynDNS which isn't free anymore, while my TP-Link supports DynDNS, NOIP and a chinese one. I thought I could use my TP Link to do something my router couldn't do.
Cheers

Can you try with openwrt (gargoyle) on this router, there you have more ddns addresses to use.

Unfortunately I can't, this router is provided by my ISP and locked on its firmware.
