Archer C5 wireless not working

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP : Vodafone
My new Archer C5 won't allow me to enable Wifi signal. The options for dual band or dingle band stay greyen out and are unclickable.
Tried about everything firmware upgrades, resets and the wifi button on the backside (both on and off don't work)
Am I missing something or is there a chance that my device is just faulty and needs replacing?
