ISP : Reliance Broadnet

I own a TP-Link WR740N Wireless Router.I have a problem of Port forwarding in my router.I have forwarded the ports correctly but it does not work at all.Tried different ports,different IPs,Different Firmware versions but nothing helps.Help me please?

Are you able to access your server in LAN?

Do you have public IP address on WAN TP-link?

No. I dont have a public IP on WAN of my tplink.It Shows local ip i.e. 192.168.1.X

Yes in the status tab of my router configuration tab,when my internet connection is working properly.

Before TP-link you have at least one router with NAT and therefore you have problems with port forwarding.

I have My modem with NAT enabled.It is enabled because i have forwarded ports using my modem to continue my work.Because my router is not forwarding ports.

Not just port forwarding,actually the remote management is also not working online.I have forwarded it to port 8080.When i access my router on LAN it works on port 8080,but if i call my public ip address from some other internet connection with :8080 in the end of ip it also doesnt work.
