TL-WR702N Login After Configuring

After setting the TL-WR702N to Router mode, how are you supposed to log back into the admin?
Ataching the cable to the router (as you do when first setup) will not recognize the usual IP http://tplinklogin.net - 192.168.0.254.
Can you only login via wifi now?
