Please try from outside from another IP. Router has problem with loopback communication.

No, ftp://80.47.131.84:2020 that is correct because you have 2020 port in FTP configuration.

Can anyone help me - I am trying to set up my ftp and cannot seem to connect. I followed the steps and it shows an ip address 107.xxx.xxx.xx But I do not know what to do after that. I have tried to put the IP into the address bar, however, the only response is cannot connect to server - Is it because I am trying from the same location (router)??? Thanks in advanced for the help...

Do you have local access to the ftp?
