It's mine. Right now, as we speak, I have the Ethernet cable plugged in my PC.

Give us screenshot from ipconfig /all when you have wired connection with router.

That's all I ask. On your first screen I see ethernet card is disconnected.

This is the network I have right now. (The wireless isn't plugged in ! ) I followed the tutorial you provided me, I entered the IP showed there...nothing. I tried to set up a new network but when it asks me to "choose the wireless router I want to configure" nothing appears. I am sure I'm doing something wrong because I know almost nothing about networks and stuff like that... I honeslty don't know what to do...

The default ip address of wr740n should be 192.168.0.1, not 192.168.1.1. You can also browse http://tplinklogin.net

BTW, are you sure your router is working well?
