TL-WDR4300 - inaccessible - all leds blink

Region : Romania
Model : TL-WDR4300
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Today when I came from work, I found my router with all LEDs blinking/flashing every 3-4 seconds (including the 2 USB leds from back), except the POWER LED who remains on and Wireless 5GHz that stands off.
TL-WDR4300 N750 ver 1.3
I can't access the router, and I can't reset the router with the 8 seconds method from manual.
I didn't do any firmware update or made any changes in the settings in the last few months.
The router is 7 months old and worked perfectly so far.
Due the nature of my work, I need to solve the problem ASAP.
I don't know the Firmware Version, but I did only one firmware update in September 2013.
Thanks in advance !
Stefan

I don't know what you mean by "hard-switches", if you refer to the reset button, I've tried numerous ways to reset the device.
Hi,

Tested with another compatible PSU , ... the same result.
I can't (easily) send back the unit because it was bought from another country and the postal costs are about a third of his price.
Thanks for the replies
If is a hardware problem why the constant blink ? I suspect it is a BIOS error somehow, the router has functioned continuous for months without a restart/reboot.
A friend of mine put this clip on youtube, the symptoms can be seen there.

If it is responding to Ping within the first seconds when you switch it on, the bootloader is not dead.
You can try to load the firmware through FTP...

no ping (the annoying blinking is starting right away)
looking at him, reminds me of a AC digital clock who was reset by an power failure, and now is flashing blind waiting for input

After a few months, took a trip to Germany and with that occasion I replaced the unit with new one.
The hardware version is (v1 00000000) and model version 1.6. I think that the old one was not (v1 00000000) but something like (v1 xx000000).
Also the new one is with green LEDs and not blue and is working fine for 3 months now.
Problem solved by replacing the product and not by finding a solution.

Possible solution

I think i've found a solution, but you won't have the original firmware.
On OpenWrt there is a de-brick guide:
http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wdr4300#de-brick_or_oem_installation_using_the_tftp_recovery
The only steps necessary for me where:
1. power off the device, hold the reset button and power on the device.
2. change my ip to 192.168.0.66 and gateway to 192.168.0.86
3. download the latest image from OpenWrt and rename it to wdr4300v1_tp_recovery.bin
4. Install TFTP32 ( http://tftpd32.jounin.net/), set the directory to the bin file and disable my firewall.
Then the TFTP32 program showed dialogs that it was trying to send the image a dozen times.
Finally after a minute or 3 one of the dialogs actually showed 100% progress.
That way the router was functional again.
