not able to connect to modem

Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version :
ISP : BSNL
i have lost access to my internet and also not able to connect to the model by http:\\192.168.1.1. I cannot ping to the IP.
the lights will start blinking and then this process continues. I tried reset using the restet key. Any help will be appreciated.
