Several Problems on Archer C7

ISP : Kabel Deutschland
A few times a week i experience the following issues:
1) 5Ghz Band ist invisible on my protable devices! (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S3). It's just impossible to see it / conntect to it. 2.4Ghz Band is still working. -> After router restart it's back until........
2) My PC cannot refresh / get an ip adress on system startup from the router. It's connected via cable. ipconfig /release + /renew doesn't fix it until i restarted the router.
What to do???? This router is terribly fucked up!!! Please help / build a fix.
Never recognized this kind of problems on other routers...

But it didn't fix my issues with Samsung Galaxy S4...

Beta firmware doesnt help

Installed the beta firmware on my Archer C7. However, the 5GHz wifi connection drops several times on the Macbook as well as on the iPAD. Apparently, the fix doesnt help :-(
