i connected my tp-link ma180 3.75g hsupa usb adapter but the utility shows that the adapter was not connected
how can i solve this problem?

you may try different usb port or computers, i can not tell from your description, it;s the modem hardware can not be detected or you can not press connect button ??

Please uninstall your software and download the updated version for your particular Tp-Link data card, as well as update your USB Driver also.

You should try another best USB portal and you can also re-install the software.
