Deco M9 plus satellite speed both wifi and ethernet

Hi guy,
Recently switch to M9 Plus. Setup was easy and smooth (both LED green)
The issue is the upstairs satellite is slow. Main is getting 300 down. Upstairs is 25. It's just a small house <1400 sf ft.
I tried to use a direct Ethernet connection and even with that I am only getting 25.
I tried all the options on the app. What else can I do to improve the speed?
Is there a way to adjust the 2.4 / 5 frequency?
Any advice is helpful.

Hi, did you mean if you connect the computer to the upstairs Deco via Ethernet cable, the wired speed is still around 25m/s?
If yes, could you please send me a picture of the signal source strength on the upstairs Deco:
Have you tested on different devices? If yes, can I have some pictures of the speed test result and a screenshot of the link speed?
