Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: duno

After firmware upgrade. I don't longer able to access the UI. I tried almost every browser available but still none of them works. Please give us a STEP BY STEP firmware DOWNGRADE without accessing the UI.

CAN YOU JUST GIVE US A SPECIFIC BROWSER TO USE THAT REALLY WORKS WITH THE SCENARIO???

Please choose the correct model number when posting, you can type in C5400 in the dialog box, then you should be able to choose the correct model from the dropdown list.

 

If you failed to access the router web GUI, try restarting the router first by powering it off then on, login the web GUI either via the IP address or login domain.

 

If that doesn't work, try to reset the router to factory defaults and confirm.
