Deco 4 not detecting lan

Deco 4 not detecting lan

I just installed 2Deco 4. Wifi is working great but it is unable to detect my lan connection.

i also have a tp link gogabit switch which is connected to the main deco which is then connected to the modem.

before installing the deco, i first installed the switch which was detected and was able to give the speeds of my internet plan.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, was your network topology like this:

ISP modem--<wire>--main Deco M4---<wire>network switch---LAN PC.

And there is no internet service on the laptop?

Are you able to get internet service if the switch is behind the satellite M4?

Did you enable the IPTV VLAN on the main Deco?
