New wifi router connection to extender

I am connecting to new wifi, but unable to do. And I am unable to factory reset also after pressing reset button for 10 second

Follow your user guide for setting up the range extender.

Reset: with RE powered on, use a pin to push the reset hole until all the Led flash once.
