I have a new service provider and I want to be able to connect my existing mesh to the new WiFi without having to reconfigure my 25 devices. Is this possible?

Hi, yes.

If the new service provider shares the same dynamic connection type with the old provider, then Deco is plug and play.

If the internet setup is different, you could go to Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPv4 to modify the connection type, instead of a factory reset.
