Hello. I just bought my new router Archer AX73 and now am trying to setup wireless(wi-fi) WDS Bridge.
I turn off DHCP, WPS, but my router still didn't give any internet.

If you're trying to configure WDS on TL-WR940N v3 use this guide. After finishing the configuration reboot the device and test.

You can go to Status > Wireless to check the WDS status. When the WDS status is Run, it means WDS bridging is successfully built.
