I cant Cast to my Hub. I seem to Benin another Deca Tham my Hub al the time. What can I do?

Are you trying to say that clients connected to Deco, could not cast to hub? What hub, like Chromecast?

Hi, did they all connect to the main network, not the guest network?
When you said the smartphone could not connect, did you mean when you want to cast some video programs to the smart TV, you could not see the Tele TV hub on the smartphone?
If yes, could there be any error message?
Here are some suggestions for your reference:
1. turn off the Mesh technology on the Deco for smartphone and TV hub.
2. turn off fast roaming and beamforming on the Deco APP.
3. Please connect both smartphone and TV hub to the same Deco to have a look.
