Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.9.4

Hi,
Asks for your help, after hours of trying.
I was able to configure port forwarding from the wan to the provider router>deco m5>ip camera (connected via wifi).
But :-( When I try to configure the same path to an nvr component connected to a physical cable I fail. I do not see the ability to configure port forwarding in the deco interface to a component that is physically connected (with a cable), the capability exists only for wireless components.
Would appreciate help
Thanks

Amir

@GEVAMIR

Hi

Did you mean that NVR is not on the device list when you set up the port forwarding?

Are you able to see it on the Overview>Devices here?

And have you set up the static IP address on the NVR before?

@GEVAMIR

Hi, Thanks for the update.

Did you see the NVR show up on the devices list under Overview?

Have you set up the static IP address on the NVR before? (If it used static IP address, would changing to dynamic IP make any difference?)

By the way, are you able to access the NVR in the local LAN?

@TP-Link

Hi,
I appreciate the reference.
Update: After I marked: Enable UPnP ™ on NVR.
I can see it in the tp link  deco application.
But even though I opened ports on it, both in the carrier's router and in the tp link component,
I can not reach it.

:-(

@GEVAMIR

Since you mentioned you have opened ports on both carrier's router and Deco, so I guess there are double NATs.

Are you able to access the NVR outside the Deco but still within the LAN of the carrier's router?
