Hi my laptop isnt showing 5GHz wifi , despite having 802.11 ac realtek wifi driver . But my mobile Oneplus 6t and ipad 7th generation the wifi signal of 5GHz . ALso all devices are showing wifi 2.4 GHz

If the Oneplus 6t and ipad 7th generation can connect to the 5G network without an issue, that means the 5G signal of the C6 is broadcasting and working fine. It is suggested to check and update the 802.11 ac Realtek wifi driver on the laptop first, then confirm.

 

You can install a Wi-Fi analyzer on the laptop to check if you can find any other 5G signal, what are the channels they are broadcasting, then try to modify the 5G wireless channel on the C6 to be that one, then confirm if the laptop can see and connect to the 5G of the C6.
