To be able to access WebGUI of the device through Internet you need to have remote management enabled:

The other way device to be managed from outside your network is through CWMP, configured by your ISP:

To open ports for accessing services through Interenet, you should have configured virtual servers :

or DMZ:

And finally if you have UPnP on the device enabled and there are any services in the table:

If you haven't enabled these you shouldn't have access to the WebGUI or services from outside your network.

I do'nt want to manage over Internet and remote managed ... is disabled.

When I scan man IP (Internet side) port 21 ftp

                                                               22 ssh

                                                               23 telnet

                                                               53 domain

                                                               80 http

                                                           1900 upnp

                                                           8200 trivnet

                                                         20005 btx   is open

I want to close all these port, unless 80

Is your WAN IP address public or private ?

If you haven't configured DMZ or Virtual Servers there shouldn't be any open ports on your device.

Can you test while UPnP is disabled to scan again for open ports ?

I've never seen any CLI user guide for this device, but you can type:

'help'

'?'

commands to see if there's any intergrated help menu.
