Good morning,
in October 2019, I bought this type of wifi router:

TP-Link TD-W9970

Recently, I noticed that the devices could not access the wifi several times. Also, the wifi network seems non-existent.

I want to fix this, but you'll have to request a replacement or refund if it's a hardware issue and not a software issue.

Hi,

I did see a few months ago, a new firmware has been released:

TD-W9970(EU)_V4_210220

Did you notice this issue just after this firmware upgrade?

By the way, I am not quite sure what you mean “the devices could not access the Wi-Fi several times”, were you trying to say that devices were connected to the Wi-Fi but no internet service?

Have you done any troubleshooting, like changing the wireless channel to 1/6/11?

And did rebooting/resetting the modem fix the issue temporarily?
