Hello,

i have a 3 pieces Deco m5 network in my home.

all worked well. however, in the last day, the main one stop working. no light is turning on when connecting to the power.

i replaced it with another one (i took on eof the slaves and characterized it as the main), and try to connect the first as a slave. but again. no light is turning on in the device.

can it be fixed or should i have an ew piece?

Hi, have you tried swapping the power adapter to have a look?

If still the same, please hold the bottom reset pinhole for 1s.

Unfortunately if still no luck, it’s time to contact the shop retailed to get it replaced.
