Unable to update firmware on Deco X20 V2

Model: Deco X20

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.0.3

I am trying to update the firmware on my Deco X20 V2 (US) and I am currently stuck on 1.0.3 when there is 1.0.9 available on the TP-Link website: Download for Deco X20 | TP-Link Canada

When I use the TP-Link Deco app on iOS, I get the message saying my current firmware is up to date.

I also tried using the web interface to do the firmware update and unable to do so as well after manually downloading the latest firmware.

Is there a problem with my Deco or should I be updating my firmware using a different method? I have also tried rebooting my two Deco units before attempting the firmware update.

Hi, is firmware1.0.3 the default firmware ever since you bought the Deco X20?
Have you tried to update the 1.0.5 first, then to 1.0.9 later?

Could you please send me a private message about your TP-Link ID as well as the MAC address of the main Deco?
