Model: Archer C1200
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

I just got a call from my parents - I've never seen this before. All modem lights are green, and there are no orange lights. However, the router is only showing the below two lights as green - power and internet! The other lights aren't orange, just non-lit. None of the SSID's show up. How would I go about fixing this?

Thank you - the WPS/Wi-Fi button did not work, but we ended up resetting the router (through the small reset space on the back) and all is good now.

@Avitron142

Have you rebooted the device to see if it can start normally ?

If that doesn't help try start the Wi-Fi by the back button:

If that doesn't help either reset the device to factory default and re-configure from scratch.

This could happen after power surge, thunder storms and other power grid related events.
