I am also using the same model with same firmware version (1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210601 Rel.32393n) and facing the same issue.

I tried upgrading the firmware TL-MR100(EU) V1-build 20210908 but getting an error.

Can you help me on this please ?
