May I know how  long did you have the unit did the unit always have speed around 60Mbps before? 

Please try a different location for PA4010 and see if the speed become normal. 

 

If still the same issue, may I know can you still recall the build number of the original firmware, may I have a link of the firmware which you have upgraded to?

@Solla-topee Hello, i used this powerline in the same way for more than a year, so i'm sure that in this position i can have at least 60 Mbps, i tried different locations and the problem is the same. sadly i have not the original firmware so i can't tell you what it is, but i can give you the build of the new one that is "1.4.0.20-00_401013_180914_902" that i downloaded here https://www.tp-link.com/it/support/download/tl-pa4010-kit/#Firmware In the tpPLC Utiity i see that from the main device the rate is 102 Mbps, and from the oter one is 55Mbps, but i remember that before upgrading there was like 290 or something
